Your order will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt. Each order is carefully inspected, packed, and shipped via UPS ground or the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping costs are determined by product weight and size. Please note that The Village Market Trading Company cannot be held responsible for delays caused by UPS, USPS, inclement weather or customer error such as inaccurate or incomplete address information. If an order is refused or returned to us due to inaccurate or incomplete address information provided, we reserve the right to charge/retain the shipping fees.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! However, if you are dissatisfied, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition and unused. Sales/Clearance items are not returnable. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will issue a credit for the cost of the item including taxes to the card used for the original transaction. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All products have a 30 day warranty against defect. We will gladly replace any defective product during this period of time. For returns due to defect, The Village Market Trading Company will incur return shipping costs.
